We are thrilled that you would like to attend our exciting 2011 FAMILY REUNION WORKSHOP in Lake County, IL at KeyLime Cove Water Resort in Gurnee! In order to best accommodate you, please fill out the information below completely. Your participation will be confirmed once we approve your application. With your confirmation we will provide payment instructions, directions and other pertinent information. Registration payment must be received in advance.

Registration Confirmation
To confirm registration, please mail a check payable to the Lake County, IL Convention & Visitors Bureau at 5465 W. Grand Ave, Suite 100, Gurnee, IL 60031, attention Kimberly Ghys, in the amount of $25.00 per person to cover the registration costs.

Payment will be required upon check-in at KeyLime Cove Water Resort for guest room accommodation charges. Meals and transportation will be complimentary during the Family Reunion Workshop. Cancellation will be permitted up until 2 week prior for a full refund.

Family Reunion Workshop to be conducted by Edith Wagner, Editor of Reunions Magazine

Workshop and FAM Tour to conclude early afternoon
Attendance is expected at all CVB Workshop and FAM Tour events. Children are unable to attend the Workshop and FAM Tour. If you wish to extend your stay on Saturday evening 9/25/10, family is welcome to join you then.
